Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking for a SALES COORDINATOR for a client in the Spokane area. This is a direct hire position.

SALES COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Approval and reconciliation of order confirmations and vendor invoices
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and various departments
• Create delivery & warranty registration packages
• Review & execute construction contracts
• Provide sales support

SALES COORDINATOR REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient with Microsfot Office Suite
• Experience with SalesForce
• Experience with data entry
• Experience with construction contracts is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
